Commercial Package Policy
When a policy consists of only a single coverage part, it is said to be a Monoline Policy. Two or more of the above coverage parts make up a Commercial Package Policy (CPP). In practice, most CPP consist of a Commercial Property Policy part and a Commercial General Liability part, also known as a Multiline Policy. Unless necessary for the type of business, all other coverage parts are often not included as part of a CPP.
The Insurance Services Office has developed a uniformed format for Commercial Package Policy and other commercial insurance forms. Each CPP contains a Declarations page, a conditions page and two or more of the above coverage parts.
